Rick Sax, AMFTAssociate Marriage and Family Therapist

I once heard a quote, “In the first half of your life, find a good mentor, learn, become successful… and in the second half of your life, become a mentor, give back and teach others”. With that, after a 30-year successful career in media/television advertising, I have dedicated my life to the pursuit of helping and treating others.

Hello, I’m Rick Sax … a passionate and dedicated Associate MFT, specializing in providing comprehensive mental health support for individuals across the lifespan. With a foundation in psychodynamic training, I bring a unique blend of therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve positive change. I’m here to help you on your path to feeling better, healing, and personal growth/development.

I believe in creating a safe, comfortable, and empathetic non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, while working on their goals. My integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to individual needs, fostering personal growth, strength, and resilience. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating life’s challenges, or an adult facing emotional hurdles.
